Support from a Polish-speaking supervisor during onboarding, for day-to-day employment matters, and in the event of sudden, unexpected situations.

Casting Cleaner / Fettler (Grinder)

The work involves grinding, cleaning iron castings, and operating grinding machinery and tools on assignments in Germany.

Requirements: good physical fitness, strong work motivation, willingness to work abroad.

Assets: Experience in foundry work, casting grinding, or operating industrial machinery.

Casting Cleaner / Fettler (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Grinding and finishing of iron castings

  • Cleaning of metal components

  • Operation of machinery and hand-held grinding tools

  • Ensuring quality, accuracy, and precision of processed components

Requirements:

  • Experience in foundry work, casting grinding, or related industries is welcome (on-the-job training provided)

  • Good physical fitness and willingness to work

  • Readiness to travel for assignment to Germany

  • Accuracy, precision, and manual skills

  • Commitment and responsibility in executing assigned tasks

Molder – Core Maker

The work involves making casting molds and cores as well as operating foundry machinery on assignments in Germany.

Requirements: diligence, hard work, and readiness to work abroad.

Assets: Experience in foundry work, overhead crane/forklift qualifications, or knowledge of the German language.

Molder – Core Maker (m/f)

Responsibilities:

  • Production of casting molds and cores (manually or by machine)

  • Preparation of molding sands and core sands

  • Supervision of the molding process and assembly of casting molds

  • Operation of machinery and auxiliary equipment in the foundry

  • Ensuring quality, accuracy, and precision of produced elements

Requirements:

  • Experience as a molder, core maker, or in foundry work is welcome (on-the-job training provided for individuals from related industries)

  • Diligence, hard work, and commitment to assigned tasks

  • Readiness to travel for assignment to Germany

  • Willingness to develop and enhance qualifications

  • Additional assets: Overhead crane / forklift qualifications and basic knowledge of German
