Model construction

For the casting equipment, models are made and assembled on plates and core boxes. We manufacture models in metal, plastics and wood, using automatic machining centers:

  • DMU 100 MonoBlock – 5-axis universal milling machine with a HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 CNC control by DECKEL MAHO;
  • Cincinnati Milacron Arrow 750 CNC Vertical Machining Center
  • HAAS VF-8/50-NGC – CNC Vertical Mill with 1626 x 1016 x 762 travels

Model storage

The models used for our customers’ castings are stored in a dedicated, secure warehouse.

This ensures they are always available and ready for future production, while being protected in optimal conditions.
