Investment implementation
The construction and commissioning of the new HWS molding line is one of the key technological investments at Odlewnie Polskie S.A. in recent years. The project was implemented according to schedule and without impacting the operation of existing production lines.
Completed stages:

Hall expansion – a two-story space was created at the side of the hall for equipment to transport castings after shakeout, and for the hydraulic and electrical control rooms.

Foundations for the molding line in the existing production hall – the work was carried out without impacting the operation of existing production lines, thus without any production downtime.

Factory acceptance of equipment for shakeout, casting transport, and cooling.

Factory acceptance of the Induga automatic pouring system.

Factory acceptance of HWS molding equipment.

Production line assembly – assembly of the Induga automatic pouring system, HWS molding equipment, and shakeout, transport, and cooling systems is underway on the newly built foundations.

New patterns equipment – prepared for new implementations.

Line commissioning and start-up – production commenced at the beginning of 2026.
