PROJECT MILESTONES
Implementation process of the new line
Completed stages:
-
Factory acceptance of equipment for shakeout, casting transport, and cooling.
-
Delivery of the above equipment to our warehouses at Odlewnie Polskie S.A.
- Factory acceptance of the Induga automatic pouring unit.
Current stage of the project::
- Expansion of the hall – a two-storey space is being built on the side of the hall to accommodate the equipment for post-shakeout casting transport, as well as the hydraulic and electrical control rooms.
- Foundations for the moulding line in the existing production hall – work is being carried out without affecting the operation of existing production lines, meaning there are no production downtimes.
Ahead of us:
-
Week 23 of 2025 – planned factory acceptance of moulding equipment at Heinrich Wagner Sinto (HWS).
-
Week 28 of 2025 – we will begin installation of the equipment in the production hall.
