The launch of production on the third molding line is scheduled for the beginning of 2026.

The newest line, a flask molding line with a horizontal parting line, is an investment of 8.86 million EUR, financed from our own funds.

The equipment suppliers are Heinrich Wagner Sinto Maschinenfabrik GmbH, Jöst GmbH + Co. KG, and Induga GmbH & Co. KG.

We are implementing the final stages of the project:

• Assembly of the production line – on the newly built foundations, the assembly of the Induga automatic pouring machine, the HWS molding equipment, and the knock-out, casting transport, and cooling equipment is underway.
• New patterns equipment – we are preparing it for new implementations, with production scheduled to start as early as next quarter. Contact requests regarding your inquiries for offers can be sent to us by e-mail, telephone, or via the contact form.

Completed stages:

• Hall expansion – a two-story space was created on the side of the hall for the post-knock-out casting transport equipment, as well as for the hydraulic and electrical control rooms.
• Foundations for the molding line in the existing production hall – the work was carried out without affecting the operation of the existing production lines, meaning without any production downtime.
• Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the knock-out, casting transport, and cooling equipment.
• Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the Induga automatic pouring machine.
• Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the HWS molding equipment.

Ahead of us:

• December 2025 – completion of the new molding line’s assembly work.
• January 2026 – molding line commissioning and ramp-up.
